Payments & Deposits Deposits (if required) are non-refundable and applied toward your final fee. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit or may require a new deposit to rebook. 4. Late Arrival Arriving more than 10 minutes late may reduce your session time. At 15 minutes late, the appointment may be marked as a no-show. 5. Document Submission For tax and IRS-related appointments, all required documents must be submitted before the session. Lack of documents may result in rescheduling. 6. Communication Policy Tax advice, document review, and case details are only discussed during scheduled appointments.
