1. Acceptance of Terms

YJCRUMP Solutions provides professional tax, accounting, and business advisory services including but not limited to:

  • Individual and business tax preparation

  • IRS representation and tax debt resolution

  • Business formation and compliance assistance

  • Bookkeeping and financial reporting

  • Payroll setup and consulting

  • Tax planning and strategy sessions

All services are provided in accordance with federal and state laws and governed by Circular 230 standards for Enrolled Agents.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to perform services.

  • Review all prepared returns, documents, or reports before submission.

  • Maintain proper records as required by tax law.

  • They should be responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

Failure to provide necessary documents or respond to communication may result in delayed or incomplete service.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due before or upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

  • YJCRUMP Solutions reserves the right to withhold delivery of completed work or file submissions until payment is received in full.

  • Returned checks, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may incur additional fees.

5. Refund Policy

All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. If an error occurs due to our negligence, we will make reasonable corrections at no additional cost.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with federal privacy laws and IRS Circular 230. Client data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law or to fulfill contracted services.

7. Limitation of Liability

YJCRUMP Solutions is not responsible for penalties, interest, or losses resulting from:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

  • There are delays in client communication or document submission.

  • Legal or tax outcomes beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we provide professional guidance based on current tax laws and regulations, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, refunds, or results from the IRS or state agencies.

9. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. If terminated by the client, payment remains due for work completed up to the date of termination. If terminated by YJCRUMP Solutions due to noncompliance or nonpayment, all rights to unfinished work are forfeited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi and the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction of DeSoto County, Mississippi.

11. Updates to Terms

YJCRUMP Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
