Starting a business is exciting, but choosing the wrong structure can affect your taxes, protection, and long-term plans. This consultation helps new and growing entrepreneurs understand the business structure that may best support their goals, including LLC and S Corporation considerations. Booking this consultation does not create a client engagement.
Cancellation Policy
📌 YJCRUMP Solutions – Booking Policy Please review and agree to the following before booking your appointment. 1. Appointment Confirmation Your appointment is confirmed once your booking form is completed and any required consultation fee or deposit has been received. 2. Payments Consultation fees and deposits are required to confirm your appointment. All consultation fees are non-refundable. Service deposits, when applicable, will be credited toward your final invoice. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment **one (1) time** by providing at least **24 hours' notice**. Your payment will be applied to the new appointment. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the consultation fee or deposit, and a new appointment must be booked and paid for. Exceptions may be made for verified emergencies at the sole discretion of YJCRUMP Solutions. 4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals Failure to attend your appointment without 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your fee or deposit. Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may be considered a no-show. Consultations end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time. 5. Document Submission For tax, bookkeeping, business consulting, and IRS representation appointments, requested documents must be submitted before your consultation. Missing documents may require your appointment to be rescheduled. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, IRS login credentials, identity documents, or tax returns through the website booking form. 6. Communication Professional advice and confidential case discussions are provided only during scheduled appointments or through approved secure communication channels. Advice will not be provided through text messages or social media. 7. Consultation Recording Virtual consultations conducted through Google Meet may be recorded for documentation, accuracy, and quality assurance. By attending, you consent to the recording, which becomes part of your confidential client file. 8. Representation A consultation does not establish an accountant-client or representation relationship. Services begin only after an engagement agreement, when applicable, and any required fees have been received. 9. Acknowledgment By submitting your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy.
