This appointment is for existing clients who have already completed their initial service and are currently working with YJCRUMP Solutions toward resolving their IRS or business matter. During this follow-up session, we will review the status of your case, assess any updates from the IRS or other agencies, and determine the next steps required to move your resolution forward. This session ensures your case remains active, compliant, and aligned with your overall strategy. During this session, we may: Review transcripts, notices, or correspondence received Confirm any changes in balances, status, or deadlines Update your action plan based on new information Submit additional documentation, forms, or responses Communicate with the IRS (if needed) Ensure you remain in compliance during the resolution process This session is essential for maintaining momentum and preventing delays or enforcement actions. You will walk away with: ✔ An updated understanding of where your case stands ✔ Clear next steps to continue moving toward full resolution ✔ Continued guidance, support, and strategy from YJCRUMP Solutions This appointment is for ongoing clients only and cannot be booked without a completed initial consultation or discovery session.
Cancellation Policy
📌 YJCRUMP Solutions – Booking Policy Please review and agree to the following policies before submitting your appointment: 1. Appointment Confirmation Your appointment is confirmed once the booking form is completed and any required payment or deposit is submitted. 2. Payments & Deposits Deposits (if required) are non-refundable and applied toward your final fee. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit or may require a new deposit to rebook. 4. Late Arrival Arriving more than 10 minutes late may reduce your session time. At 15 minutes late, the appointment may be marked as a no-show. 5. Document Submission For tax and IRS-related appointments, all required documents must be submitted before the session. Lack of documents may result in rescheduling. 6. Communication Policy Tax advice, document review, and case details are only discussed during scheduled appointments. No tax work is conducted via text or social media messages. 7. No Refunds Due to the nature of tax and advisory services, all deposits and completed services are non-refundable. By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these booking policies.
